Born and raised in Indianapolis, IN. Hall began her community organizing and philanthropic work in high school (volunteering and planning fundraisers) and continued throughout college being in an active member on her campus and in the community. Hall assisted in organizing the largest protest for Racial Justice in Indianapolis in 2020 (with over 10,000 people in attendance) and worked alongside the Indianapolis Mayor and Congressman to update the use of force policy, obtain a larger budget for bodycams, and ban the chokehold in Indiana.
Hall received a B.S. in Public Communications from Ball State University in 2021. While on campus she served as the President of Men and Women of Color, organized over 20 protest across the country, and interned for the U.S. House of Representatives. Taylor has always had a passion for music and released her debut single “I Can’t Breathe” in 2020 during the Black Live’s Matter Movement as a message of standing for love not hate. Hall has since release 4 studio singles and her debut EP “Happy that it Happened” gaining over 500,000 streams and notice from major news and media outlets.
Hall is the CEO of Artivist LLC, COO for Not Too Cool to Care Inc. (Los Angeles), Co-founder of Black Women in Charge Inc. (Indianapolis), and currently works as the Event Coordinator for Team Rubicon Inc. She has received numerous honors including being recognized as a Hero of the Pandemic (Indy Monthly), The Community Member Award (Wayne Township), a Jefferson Award, and being featured in the Indiana State Museum’s: Images & Sounds of a Movement exhibit, Indianapolis Newfield’s Exhibit, and The Indianapolis Children Museum’s Emmitt Till Exhibit.
